Candy Balance Study

For this art piece, I chose to do a Hershey kiss! For this project we had to find any kind of candy and we had to draw but in a very different way. There were six boxes and on our candy wrapper we had to box it out and we had to draw what we boxed so that at the end it would make the name but spaced out. This is really cool because it’s the image but spaced out in a very different way!

                                line, color, shape, contrast, space

Watercolor Landscape

For this piece, it was all about watercoloring, even though its a little bit messy, it a beautiful technique for an art project! I decided to paint and abstract landscape..there are so many colors which mean a lot and makes it so cool. It all started with us sketching the landscape and then watercoloring it. Watercoloring for me was little difficult because once I laid my brush in the paper, I felt like it smeared everywhere but at the end it turned out to be a master piece.

space, unity, color, line, movement

Gouache Ink

For this project, it was a gouache ink resist, we had to get a picture of an animal and sketch it. Once we were done we used gouache paints and we painted it, at the end we put this black ink so then at the, it gives it an effect. I decided to draw a finger monkey because it is a rare animal and more people should know about it!
